Return Policy
At Kingpin Jewels, every piece is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure premium quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
For this reason, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been completed, except under the following specific circumstances:
1. Shipping Damage
If your package arrives damaged or shows visible signs of shipping damage, you must notify us within the first 24 hours after delivery.
Clear photos of the packaging and affected item are required in order to begin the evaluation process.
2. Manufacturing Defects or Visible Damage
If you receive a watch, jewelry piece, or accessory with a manufacturing defect or visible damage, the customer must provide photo or video evidence for verification purposes.
3. Incorrect Item Received
If the item received does not match the model or reference ordered, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost to the customer.
Outside of these conditions, returns, exchanges, and refunds will not be accepted.
Claims based on change of mind, personal preference, sizing issues, normal wear, or improper use of the product will not be eligible for return or refund consideration.
